The Third Hideyo Noguchi Africa Prize nominations are open

The Third Hideyo Noguchi Africa Prize Nominations are open until July 31st 2018.

The Prize aims to honor individuals/ organizations with outstanding achievements in the two categories, Medical Research and Medical Services to combat infectious and other diseases in Africa. The honorarium for each category is 100 million yen (equivalent to about 48 million Philippine Pesos). The Laureates will be announced in 2019 and the award ceremony will be held during the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7).
