Conferment of a Decoration upon Mr. Francis C. Laurel

Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Toshinao Urabe, conferred on behalf of His Majesty The Emperor of Japan upon Mr. Francis Castillo Laurel, President of the Philippines-Japan Society, Inc., a decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon at a Conferment Ceremony held at the Ambassador's residence in Forbes Park, Makati, on December 7, 2011.
