New Japanese Ambassador Arrives in Manila

 

 

 

The newly designated Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, H.E. Toshinao Urabe, accompanied by his wife Etsuko, arrived in Manila on 4 May 2011 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

 

Upon his arrival, Ambassador Urabe reaffirmed Japan's commitment to assist economic and social development of the Philippines, and expressed his firm determination to develop the strategic partnership between Japan and the Philippines as close neighbors.
