It is advisable to lodge application well ahead of desired date of departure, through accredited agencies.
(Please see our website for the list of Agents or get one from FAX service by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tokyo , or get one from visa gate of the Embassy.)
※ The application can be filed following hour by the applicant in person.
・ Embassy of Japan in the Philippines: 8:40 a.m.~ (ticket for application can get 8:30a.m. ~ 11:00 a.m. )
・ Cebu/ Davao office: 8:40 a.m.~ 12:30 p.m. |

Additional documents may be requested where necessary. Applicants are given three (3) months to submit additional requirements. Otherwise application will be terminated.
Applicants can get information from accredited agencies when his/her application is pending.
Documents submitted for application will not be returned.
When visa is not granted, the reasons of denial will not be disclosed. |
