Conferment of a Decoration upon Prof. Lydia N. Yu Jose

Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Toshinao Urabe, conferred on behalf of His Majesty The Emperor of Japan upon Prof. Lydia N. Yu Jose, Professor at the Department of Political Science and at the Japan Studies Program in Ateneo de Manila University, a decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon at a Conferment Ceremony held at the Ambassador's residence in Forbes Park, Makati, on June 13, 2012.
