Conferment of a Decoration upon Mr. Tomas I. Alcantara

by the Government of Japan

 

 

 

Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Toshinao Urabe, conferred on behalf of His Majesty The Emperor of Japan upon Mr. Tomas I. Alcantara, former Chairman of the Philippines-Japan Economic Cooperation Committee (PHILJEC) and former Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), a decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon at a conferment ceremony held at the Ambassador's residence in Forbes Park, Makati, on June 19, 2013.
