Cabinet Decision on the Development Cooperation Charter

 

 

Cabinet Decision on the Development Cooperation Charter On February 10, the Government of Japan revised the ODA Charter and established the Development Cooperation Charter. This aims to enable Japan to contribute even more proactively to securing peace, stability and prosperity of the international community from the perspective of "Proactive Contribution to Peace" based on principle of international cooperation, while continuing to adhere to the course that it has taken to date as a peace-loving nation.
