Conferral of The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star,
upon Former Trade Secretary Peter B. Favila

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On behalf of His Majesty Emperor Akihito of Japan, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Kazuhide Ishikawa, conferred upon Mr. Peter B. Favila, former Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), a decoration of The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star, at a conferment ceremony held at the Ambassador’s residence in Forbes Park, Makati on December 16, 2015.
