～Deputy Chief of Mission Minister Takehiro Kano gives a lecture on Japan’s defense and security concerns at the National Defense College of the Philippines～

On May 9, Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) Minister Takehiro Kano was at the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) to deliver a special lecture titled “Defense and Security Concerns of Japan.” In attendance were 65 Colonel students from the NDCP’s General Program Course who are expected to take charge of future national defense. During the open forum, there was a lively exchange of questions and answers between them and DCM Kano. The lecture gave future generals of the Philippines a closer look at Japan’s defense and security policy.
