10th Meeting of the Japan-Philippines High Level Joint Committee on Infrastructure Development and Economic Cooperation

 
　The tenth meeting of the Japan-Philippines High Level Joint Committee on Infrastructure Development and Economic Cooperation was held on October 28, 2020, in a teleconference format. The meeting was attended by Dr. Izumi Hiroto, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Mr. Kiyama Shigeru, Special Advisor to the Cabinet, Ambassador Haneda Koji and other officials on the Japanese side; and by Hon. Carlos G. Dominguez, Secretary of Finance, Hon. Karl Kendrick T. Chua, Acting Secretary of Socioeconomic Planning, Hon. Mark A. Villar, Secretary of Public Works and Highways, Hon. Arthur P. Tugade, Secretary of Transportation,  Hon. Wendel E. Avisado, Secretary of Budget and Management, Hon. Alfonso G. Cusi, Secretary of Energy, Hon. Eduardo D. Del Rosario, Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development and Chairperson of Task Force Bangon Marawi, Hon,Vivencio B. Dizon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bases Conversion and Development Authority and Presidential Advisor on Flagship Programs and Projects, H.E. Jose C. Laurel V, Philippine Ambassador to Japan, Hon. Naguib G Sinarimbo, Bangsamoro Transition Authority Minister of the Interior and Local Government, and other officials on the Philippine side.
