Japan World Exposition 1970 Commemorative Fund Grant program (JEC Fund Grant program)
The Japan World Exposition 1970 Commemorative Fund Grant program (JEC Fund Grant program) supports projects by domestic and international organizations that contribute and promote international cultural exchange and goodwill. Recipient organizations are supported through the Fund, which was established in 1971 and a product of the invested revenue generated from the Japan World Exposition 1970 (EXPO'70).
EXPO ’70 is the first international exposition held in Asia with the theme of "Progress and Harmony for Mankind." Domestic and international organizations including the overseas exhibitors participated and contributed to the success of this event. In commemoration of its legacy, international organizations with activities geared towards promotion of international mutual understanding and cultural activities are invited to apply for the grant program.
