Ambassador Endo pays a courtesy call to Senate President Zubiri

On April 17, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya paid a courtesy call on Senate President Miguel Zubiri.
 
In the meeting, Ambassador Endo welcomed the active high-level exchanges between Japan and the Philippines, including parliamentary exchanges, and thanked Senate President Zubiri and other Filipino legislators for their contributions to the deepening of Japan-Philippines relations.
 
In response, Senate President Zubiri welcomed the Ambassador's arrival and expressed his gratitude for Japan's support to the Philippines and the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations for the sake of peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
