Ambassador ENDO Pays Courtesy Call on House Speaker Martin Romualdez

On 14 May, Ambassador Endo paid a courtesy visit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez.

Ambassador Endo welcomed the active high-level exchanges between Japan and the Philippines, including parliamentary exchanges, and expressed his desire to further strengthen the partnership between the two countries, especially in important areas such as national security and economy.

Speaker Romualdez expressed his appreciation for the Japanese government's longstanding support of the Philippines, his hope for deeper cooperation between Japan and the Philippines, and enhanced relations among Japan, the Philippines, and the United States.
