On 15 May 2024, Ambassador Endo paid a courtesy call to the Secretary of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Hon. Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil.
Ambassador Endo expressed his appreciation for Secretary Garafil's contribution to the deepening of Japan-Philippines relations and his commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities to strengthen bilateral relations during his tenure.
Secretary Garafil expressed her sincere welcome to Ambassador Endo and relayed her desire to work with the Ambassador to further promote the already prosperous Japan-Philippines relations.
