On 4 December 2024, Ambassador ENDO delivered an insightful discussion about the bilateral ties of Philippines and Japan, at the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) as part of the Ambassador Lecture Series organized by the School of Diplomacy and Governance (SDG).
