ODA Pamphlet: Japan’s Development Cooperation in the Philippines

Japan has long been the top Official Development Assistance (ODA) provider to the Philippines and will continue to strongly support the Philippines’ sustainable growth from the grassroots to the completion of large-scale and quality infrastructure projects. As Japan and the Philippines approach the 70th anniversary of the normalization of their diplomatic relations in 2026, these projects are expected to further deepen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
