Visit to Japan by Filipino-Japanese Descendant

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan, as part of its ongoing efforts to assist Filipino-Japanese descendants in acquiring Japanese nationality, has arranged the visit of Filipino-Japanese descendant, Ms. Rosalina Kamba, to Japan on 27 January 2026. This marks the second visit of a Filipino-Japanese descendant to Japan supported by MOFA, following the first in August last year.  

In the early morning of 27 January, Deputy Consul General INOUE Junya of the Consulate-General of Japan in Davao sent her off at Davao International Airport. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Japan will continue to provide all support to respond to the earnest wishes of the Filipino-Japanese descendants.
