On 3 February 2026, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya attended the 3rd Commencement Exercises of the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) Magsaysay Maritime Academy (MMMA) in Cavite.
In his congratulatory remarks, Ambassador Endo lauded the graduates for their commitment and dedication on this outstanding accomplishment. “Your achievements will not only strengthen [the] Philippine maritime industry and help your families, but will also leave a meaningful mark on the global maritime community,” he stated.
