Immediately Needs 

ONE (1) LOCAL STAFF MEMBER 
at the Political Section 

 
Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Highly proficient in written and spoken English (Please include English language test score if previously taken, i.e., IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), Japanese language proficiency is a plus    

• Strong communication and networking abilities 

• Good memo composition and editing skills, including speech/letter writing 

• Good research skills mainly on internal affairs, external affairs, maritime affairs and security 

• Can efficiently manage calendar of appointments and make travel arrangements such as booking flights and accommodation 

• Ability to multitask and perform in a multicultural environment 

• Ability to work with minimum supervision 

• Adept in MS Office and other basic office computer applications 

• More than three (3) years relevant professional experience preferred 

• Previous work experience with government or international organizations is a plus
