Ambassador ENDO meets with ARTA Sec. Ernesto Perez and JCCIPI President NOMURA Kazuhiro

On 16 February 2026, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya hosted a meeting attended by Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Secretary Ernesto V. Perez and Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines (JCCIPI) President NOMURA Kazuhiro at the Ambassador’s residence in Makati City. 

The officials engaged in a dynamic and insightful discussion aimed at enhancing cooperation and cultivating a more conducive business environment to further support Japanese enterprises operating in the Philippines. 

The meeting concluded on a positive note with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthened partnerships that will lead to advancing the shared economic growth objectives of both Japan and the Philippines.
