Site Inspection of the NSLF by Ambassador ENDO Kazuya

On 28 April 2026, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya joined a site inspection of the Navotas sanitary landfill facility (NSLF).  
 
At the site, Ambassador Endo, together with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Juan Miguel Cuna, and Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco, received a briefing on the current response from the Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) expert team dispatched from Japan.  
 
Ambassador Endo conveyed his appreciation to the JDR team and expressed his hopes for the early resolution of the situation.
