Ambassador ENDO pays farewell call on Secretary of National Defense Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr.

On 11 August 2026, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya paid a farewell call on Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr. at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. 

Ambassador Endo expressed his sincere appreciation for Secretary Teodoro’s leadership and warm partnership in advancing Japan-Philippines defense and security cooperation.  
 
As a gesture of appreciation for his contributions to strengthening Japan-Philippines defense cooperation and disaster resilience, Secretary Teodoro presented Ambassador Endo with the Outstanding Achievement Medal. Ambassador Endo expressed his gratitude for the honor, and for the close friendship and trust that have underpinned the growing defense partnership between the two countries.
