Ambassador ENDO meets with PVAO Administrator Undersecretary Reynaldo B. Mapagu

On 20 August 2026, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya met with Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) Administrator Undersecretary Reynaldo B. Mapagu at  his residence. 

Ambassador Endo expressed his sincere appreciation for Undersecretary Mapagu’s warm friendship in fostering the longstanding friendship between Japan and the Philippines. The two sides reaffirmed the enduring bonds between Japan and the Philippines and their commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations through future-oriented cooperation.

As a gesture of appreciation for Ambassador Endo’s contributions to Japan-Philippines partnership and cooperation, Undersecretary Mapagu presented him with a commemorative token.
