at the Consular Section
(Full Time)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English (Please include English language test score if previously taken, i.e., IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to perform consular functions and responsibilities, particularly providing in-person consultation support at the consular counter, and TEL and E-mail consultation support.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with Philippine authorities to protect Japanese nationals and for other relevant purposes.
- Time availability as the work demands for it (EMERGENCY).
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in MS Office and other basic office computer applications
