Mr. Hidenobu Oguni, the President of the Japanese Association in Northern Luzon, received Ambassador’s Commendation

On 21 July, Ambassador Koji Haneda awarded Mr. Hidenobu Oguni with a Certificate of Commendation at Saint Louis University in Baguio. As the first President of the Japanese Association in Northern Luzon, Mr. Oguni has contributed to the promotion of mutual understanding and good relations between the Philippines and Japan by organizing Japan-related cultural events including the Tanabata Festival (Star Festival).
