We are pleased to announce that the Government of Japan decided to award “The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays” to Mr. Manolito M. Salapare, a former local staff member of the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines, in recognition of his dedicated long years of service to the Embassy.
