Deputy Chief of Mission Minister Takehiro Kano gave a lecture titled “Japan’s Diplomacy in the Post-Cold War Period: Overhauling National Security, Managing Alliance, and Engaging Neighbors” at De La Salle University on April 1st. The one-and-a-half-hour lecture was followed by a lively exchange of questions and answers and was a great opportunity for Filipino students to better grasp Japan’s diplomacy.
