Ambassador Endo visits The Judicial Academy Philippines (TJAP)

On 17 September 2025, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya visited The Judicial Academy Philippines (TJAP) in Tagaytay City. 
Constructed in 2010 with support from the Government of Japan through the Counter‑value Fund under Non‑Project Grant Aid, TJAP stands as an important venue for judicial education. Its facilities have since enabled the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) to elevate its capacity for delivering continued legal and judicial education to justices, judges, court personnel, lawyers, and judicial aspirants nationwide. 
 
During the visit, Ambassador Endo was warmly welcomed by Chancellor Justice Rosmari Declaro Carandang and Chief Judicial Staff Officers of PHILJA. The Ambassador toured TJAP’s facilities and engaged in dialogue about the history and role of PHILJA and TJAP, underscoring the enduring partnership between the two nations in advancing judicial excellence.
