Ambassador Haneda pays courtesy call on Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L. Locsin Jr

Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Koji Haneda paid a courtesy call on Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L. Locsin Jr at Department of Foreign Affairs on November 7.  They had discussions to further strengthen the Philippines-Japan bilateral relations including growing people-to-people exchange and economic cooperation between the two countries. After the courtesy call, the signing ceremony for the exchange of notes in economic (The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) Rehabilitation Project) and defense cooperation (The grant of parts and maintenance equipment of UH-1H helicopters) was held.
